20001-001, -002 and -003
This usually means the error is unknown, so you can try logging in again until the code goes away.
20001-021, and -022
These codes mean that you’ve been locked out of your account, most probably because you tried too many times to log in.

20002-001 and -018
AT&T automatically logs you out of your account if you have been inactive for a set time.
This is for your protection and to keep your account from being used by unauthorized persons.
Log in to your account again to address this code.
Try Logging In Again Later
If you try to log in to your AT&T account more than six times, your account will be temporarily locked for an hour.
This is to prevent people from guessing your router by entering random passwords.
An account lock in no way restricts your account after the lock is lifted, it’s just that you won’t be able to login into the account on that device for an hour.
You can reset your password orcontact AT&T supportto fix the issue, but you can also useanother device like a Rokuto try logging in again because the lock only affects that one device where the sign-in attempts have exceeded.
