Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

Our growing company is searching for an Ecommerce Director to join our regional sales team. Reporting into the Senior Sales Director, the Ecommerce Director will lead the growth of our Ecommerce business via Amazon for the Americas region. Previous Amazon Vendor Central experience and P&L management experience is required.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Business Management

• Ensure monthly net and retail sales target are met and yearly targets are on track
• Responsible for the full P&L of the business unit and for monitoring it monthly, from retail sales down to Operating Profit
• Update forecast per SKU / per account / per month across all accounts
• Monitor Amazon inventory health and take action for low or overstock items
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure processes are in place for Amazon and E-com accounts
• Monitor Operational Metrics and work with Supply Chain & Finance to improve performance and lower chargebacks
• Reconcile invoices for marketing investments
• Other Ecommerce Accounts/Opportunities – Develop existing accounts and explore additional opportunities
• Develop presentation decks per business need

Marketing

• Drive ROI of our dedicated media spend on Amazon through close management of our ad agency and directly with Amazon DSP team
• Develop and monitor marketing investment plan and strategy per brand
• Collaborate with Marketing department to develop optimal Ecommerce content
• Responsible for building the brands’ visual identity on Amazon, through impeccable e-merchandising execution and A/B testing
• Evaluate and participate in marketing opportunities suitable for brand visibility

Team Management

• Lead and coach a team of two Ecommerce Account Managers, reaching company objectives & fostering their growth on an individual level

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10+ years of working experience within Ecommerce and Sales
• 3+ years of experience using Amazon Vendor Central

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon catalog, content, and advertising management
• Experience handling a full business unit P&L, and being able to drive the top and bottom-line to reach and surpass company objectives
• Experience with forecasting demand at a SKU level, and developing a strategic sales plan to build the Amazon business
• Knowledge of Ecommerce operations and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to build processes for Ecom business
• Prior team management experience and leadership skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experiences building and implementing social media strategies on Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok a plus
• Premium Beauty experience highly preferred
